Christina Sears has been a trusted legal advocate for twenty years. Christina is passionate about trial lawyering and begins building every case for trial from the first moment she opens a case file. She strongly believes in communicating with her clients early and often. She believes meaningful client communication a key to successful case resolution. She practices purposeful and authentic communication with her clients which in turn allows her to deliver a carefully crafted presentation to a thoughtfully selected jury at trial.
Christina started her career in criminal defense and quickly mastered case investigation and preparation. Christina served for many years as a prosecutor in the DeKalb County Solicitor’s Office arguing cases in some of DeKalb’s toughest courts. Christina also served as an assistant district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia’s most active Superior Court, where she successfully argued and won dozens of cases before juries. In addition to her criminal defense practice, Christina has served as Solicitor for the City of South Fulton, Georgia, since 2021.
